Saving the Customer Time and Money - 02/09/12
Bearing Headquarters has a vast library of “Solutions” that we have provided for our customers over the years. All associates can access the library and view by industry, equipment or product “Solutions” provided to our customers.
This year we have a goal of adding five hundred new “Solutions” to our library for all associates to view. This means that customer problems that have been previously improved upon can be quickly accessed and all of the research that others have done is readily available to the BHQ associate. The result is proven answers to a customer problem application quicker and with hard cost savings provided to the customer.
The “Solutions’ in our library have provided cost savings from a few hundred dollars to hundreds of thousands of dollars on a single problem solved. The “Solutions” have saved manpower, energy, increased production, reduced scrap, reduced downtime and reduced lowered the cost of ownership.
