CASE STUDY

The OEM quoted 3 weeks for a failed case packer gearbox. We supplied a replacement inside 20 hours.

An automated case packer machine stopped functioning in a food plant due to a Dodge gearbox failure. The OEM quoted 3 weeks to deliver a replacement gearbox.

Our engineers analyzed the Dodge specifications sheet and determined a Cone Drive unit could be substituted without performance impairment. We contacted our Build Center late that afternoon and collected the gearbox early the following morning. The customer had the replacement in their hands by 10:00AM and were up and running within twenty hours.
